Mountain biking gives him with an incredible way to develop fitness for alpine climbing while also providing ample opportunities for adventure on multi-day self-supported endurance outings.
Guy’s short-term goals target alpine climbing. In 2012 he will be spending time in the mega-classic destinations Yosemite, Joshua Tree, Red Rocks, Moab and Indian Creek, and the Eastern Sierra. Also, he will be participating in endurance-oriented mountain bike races, culminating in Marathon Nationals in September.
