Striving for the Best with utmost Passion.
our 4 mission statements
1. Producing the next generation of fine renaissance athletes.

-The Core of the NRL Racing Team is to develop what we call ‘renaissance
athletes’ (roleur in French). These are highly skilled athletes in a variety of disciplines ranging from road racing, to cross country mountain biking, to downhill/freeride. In addition to this NRL athletes have a diverse set of outdoor sport skills such as rock climbing, skiing, snowboarding, backpacking, trail running and even martial arts. Basically we are the Swiss Army Knife of outdoor sports and we live the active lifestyle to the fullest.
2. Fighting metabolic disease such as obesity and diabetes.

-In today’s world, heart disease is the number 1 killer of human beings across the world. The main factor for this is metabolic disease which includes diabetes, obesity, high cholesterol, high triglycerides and high blood pressure. Over 83% of all deaths in the modern world are related to lifestyle, according to the CDC. All of these factors can be largely solved through an active and healthy lifestyle. Leading by example, the NRL Team illustrates that Homo sapiens should live an awesome lifestyle.

3. Developing leadership within the community and individuals.
-Creating change in the world requires strong leaders to influence the community and make an impact. A central goal of the NRL Team is to build youth leaders who can spread the good word of living active and inspiring other youth. Many grade school and college students don’t have resources, knowledge or opportunity to get outdoors and get addicted to an awesome sport, which is a big challenge that NRL athletes help others try and overcome. “Outdoor Nation” is a major non-profit that we work with to effectively develop leaders. Ultimately, by inspiring others we hope to create a ripple wave of new leaders creating meaningful positive change.
4. Raising environmental awareness and stewardship.
